We extend our humble respects to you. Initially, we were deeply moved by the impressive policies of your government, particularly in the Tourism sector. The simplicity and accessibility of these policies have inspired us and given us the confidence to believe that, under your capable leadership, we can realize our dream tourism project.

This message is to emphasize our efforts to your esteemed office and discuss our tourism project, which has been forwarded to SIPC. Our objective is to develop a one-of-a-kind Five Star Resort with a Convention Centre and an Amusement Theme Park, leveraging our extensive international network built over 30 years of global experience. We wholeheartedly commit to bringing our vision to life: “Luxurious Holidays — Unlimited Fun — Impeccable Location,” creating an all-inclusive tourist destination.

In addition to this project, we aim to uplift an underprivileged area near our hometown where we have deep roots. Despite our continuous engagement in charitable activities in the region for the past 25 years, we aspire to take our service to the next level by offering economic opportunities to marginalized populations and leveraging our expertise to provide free healthcare services to surrounding villages as part of corporate social responsibility.

Through this initiative, we anticipate generating approximately 1000 direct job opportunities and a multitude of indirect employment. One of our company directors, Mr. Kasi Viswanatham Vudathu, a sea-based business entrepreneur with 50 years of experience, also serves as the Chairman of the United Hotel Management Academy, and will help train and employ locals within the region.
